Many of you have read about what it took to get 3 MINIs over the 130 MPH mark at Bonneville and don’t think you want to spend the time and money just for a little fun.
We agree with you, so the Fantasy Racing Team will sponsor various classes for stock MINIs, both “S” models and non-S cars. This way more cars have an opportunity to compete against each other for trophies, not just the 130 MPH mark.
We’re trying to get more cars to participate and I think that with the chance to win something (regardless of whether or not you can get to 130) might be incentive enough to get more cars to enjoy the experience.
